PEI Vacation

We went on a four day vacation to PEI this weekend. Alex was happy to see some new sights. We went to see the bottle houses, stopped for some lunch in Summerside and went for a walk in the Cavendish Beach area. This trip was the first time Alex ate at a restaurant. The waitress was very impressed he finished everything on his plate. I don't think she noticed how much of it ended on the floor though.

We went to the Wax museum and Ripley's Believe It or Not. Alex wasn't too impressed with the wax characters but he liked running back and forth between the rooms at Ripley's.

PEI

We went to see Woodleigh Replicas in PEI. They have replicas of different castles and towers. Alex enjoyed running around and objected whenever we had to pick him up to keep him on the right path or go inside the buildings.

The cottage

We rented a cottage on our trip to PEI and Alex seemed very happy with the accomodations, having a big backyard to explore. He didn't care too much for being in the pool but he liked walking around it, flexing his muscles when any ladies came by for a swim.










We had to keep the phone out of reach to avoid some accidental long distance charges.
